LOST OR SAVED?

God does not want nor cause people to be lost. People are already lost because of their sins and disobedience. God is saying through the Gospel of Christ and the Word of God, “Turn to me and be saved.”

BIBLE FACTS about BEING LOST and BEING SAVED (# 1)

1. Without Jesus, the whole world is lost. Without Jesus, you are lost, Without Jesus, I am lost. Without Jesus, people will go to a place called hell when they change worlds.

2. With Jesus, everyone in the world can be saved. With Jesus, you can be saved. With Jesus, I can be saved. With Jesus, people will go to heaven when they change worlds.

3. Our part in being saved is to really repent of our sins and to truly trust in Jesus as our Lord and Savior. God’s part is to save us from our sins and to give us eternal life by his mercy and grace.

Rom. 5:12, “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:”

Luke 13:3, “I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.:

John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

BIBLE FACTS about BEING LOST and BEING SAVED (# 2)

John 1:11-13, “He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”

1. Many people REJECT Jesus because they do not want to give up their sins, and they do not want God to be in control of their lives. They are lost and if they do not repent will go into a place the Bible calls hell when they change worlds.

2. People that RECEIVE Jesus do so because they are sorry for their sins, and they want to live for Jesus because they know God loves them and wants what is right and best for them. They become the children of God and are saved and will be with Jesus in heaven forever when they change worlds.

3. Each person will choose for themselves whether they will REJECT or RECEIVE Jesus, but it is SO IMPORTANT that the Gospel of Christ and the Word of God be preached and lived out and shared around the world because God loves all people and God wants all people to be saved by believing in Jesus and following Jesus.

Rev. 21:27, “And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.”

1 Cor. 15:3-4, “For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”

Rom. 10:13-15, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how can they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!”

BIBLE FACTS about BEING LOST and BEING SAVED (# 3)

FACT 1: God hates sin, and all people that commit willful sin are lost and will not go to heaven when they change worlds.

Matt. 7:2, “And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

FACT 2: God loves every member of he human race and has made provision for the salvation of every person that will repent of their sins and believe in Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

2 Cor. 5:14-15, “For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.”

FACT 3: Every believer in Jesus has been given a special part in living out and sharing the love of God and the Gospel of Christ so that others may be influenced to turn away from sin and become true believers. in Christ.

Matt. 5:16, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

THE NAIL PIERCED HANDS OF JESUS

Let us ALWAYS REMEMBER who Jesus is and the great price he paid for our salvation…And let us be TRUE BELIEVERS.

John 20:27. “Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.”

Gal. 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”
